Peter Link has been directly involved with the real estate industry within British Columbia since 1976 with the majority of this time servicing the Fraser Valley. His diverse experience and education provides the qualifications to complete the following appraisal tasks: mortgage security value of property being built or renovated value to assist in investment decisions sales/listing purposes litigation, expert witness, estate settlement tax purposes (pre 1971 if required) assessment appeals insurance replacement employee relocation expropriation "as is" condition marriage buy-outs

		Our current clientele includes chartered banks, credit unions, trust companies, mortgage brokerage firms, law firms, relocation agencies, accounting firms, real estate agencies, builders, developers and private individuals with personal requirements. Personal requirements are more and more taking the format of independent 3^rd party appraisal and consulting services for individuals either buying or selling real estate. Obviously, the key word is “value”. An appraiser may be hired by a company or institution to perform any of these duties, but an individual can also hire an appraiser independently to give an objective opinion on any of these subjects. Additional services include the periodic updating of appraisals in order to help clients monitor their real estate portfolio as to condition and value.
